Automatic Strike
Use a pitcher that throws a pitch that drops drastically (curve, spit) Move the pitching aid all the way to the top of the screen. Make it so the pitch will drop in the corner of the strike zone. It will think it's a wild pitch, but it will drop in. The batter will either let it go, or swing and miss badly every time.

Ball Trail
At the Enter Cheats screen, enter WLDWLDWST.

Big Ball Mode
Enter BCHBLKTPTY at the "Enter Cheats" menu.

Big Green Monster
When you are playing a game at Fenway Park, if you hit five home runs over the Big Green Monster (wall) you will become a giant green man.

Blackout Mode
Enter WTOTL at the cheat menu and everything but the player will be pitch black.

Easy Rundown
When your opponent gets a runner on first base, wait till the runner sets on the base. When he sets throw the ball to third. The runner might try to go to second if so:

Throw the ball to second. He might get tagged out, he might be safe, or he might try to go back to first. If so run him back and get him out.
If he does not go to second throw the ball home. He will almost definitely go to second if he does repeat step one.

Fly Away Mode
At the 'Enter Cheats' screen enter FLYAWAY. The players will fly away towards their dugout when they get out.

Heavy Fog
To let the fog roll into the ballpark, enter MYEYES. It will make the plays look clear but everything else will be in a white blanket.

Lizard Team
To turn your whole team into lizards, play an arcade game at Kansas City’s Kaufmann Stadium. Then hit one of the lizard signs!

Run Faster
When your running hold down Z and your player will run faster then he usually does.

Tom Thumb Mode
At the 'Enter Cheats' screen enter TOMTHUMB for small players.

Unhittable Fastball
In an exibition game select arcade mode.Then start the game.To throw an unhittable fastball, select the fastball and pitch it.while its on the way to the plate hold down A + C-down. (This will only work against the computer.)
